for more flexibility and efficiency
in standard communications

classic DOC: the basis of our production process for several years

classicDOC

classicDOC focuses 100 percent on the classic core business of BC DirectGroup: data delivery, data preparation, printing, enveloping, sorting, monitoring and delivery to a postal service – we can process and send out up to 250,000 letters per day.
If your internal processes are coordinated for document output using this “traditional” means of production and shipping, we offer tailored and effective solutions based on our years of experience as a shipping service provider.

transactionDOC: reliable and secure invoicing and reminders

transactionDOC

transactionDOC is geared towards large volumes, such as those found when invoicing or issuing reminders. transactionDOC is based on a similar principle to smartDOC. the difference is that an interface for transaction printing is installed at your end, which is required for the data exchange. Your data is directed to our server via this interface, is then processed by us in the same manner as with smartDOC and is punctually forwarded to the delivery company.

smartDOC: simple, fast and there for you whenever you need it

smartDOC

smartDOC brings document output to your workstation. With smartDOC you can send your letters and business post such as invoices, offers and notifications from any application – at the simple touch of a button, right from your workstation. Here smartDOC is just as easy to select as any other local printer in your network. The difference: the printer isn’t located on your premises, but rather on those of BC DirectGroup. We then process, check, print, envelope and sent your data – punctually, reliably and of course at minimum cost.

smartDOC includes the following standard features:
Color selection or B/W, print method simplex/duplex, document check (print range und adressposition), attach PDF-documents, merging of mailings

Further functionalities are individually selectable.
